Eats have been 100% clean!
Workout was UBWO BFL style in the garage this AM. I had to use lighter weights than what I was using prior to the injury because the shoulder still is bothering me, but I did it! So thats the important thing! Don't be laughing at my weights!! Definately a LOT less than before!

4 L of water consumed at this point 3 cups of green tea
