Thanks for the welcome back. I really need to get my head in the game. I've struggled for so long and had such a hard time getting things going again. I do feel this is going to be the challenge for me!! I have this feeling that I'm really gonna get back to it and kick some serious arse! I need to because it has been expanding. I told Lori that I have MUFFIN TOP!!! UGH! I haven't had that in years!!!! My pants have gotten too tight and I really dont feel comfortable. Now, I know we all see ourselves worse than others see us, but when you are used to being a certain way, even the slightest change can make you feel horrible. It's not the weight I'm worried about, as I really dont care what I weigh, but the bf% is up to gosh 21% or so...probably a bit higher by now. I was down to around 17% at one time. Its all in the belly and thighs.
Anyway, I've got to head to the grocery store and get a few more items and then its off to get a massage (woohoo) and then I have to go to the hospital to see a few patients. Then, I'm off to Lowes to check out getting a laminate flooring put in the kitchen/dining area and getting a small freezer for in the garage. My freezer is overflowing and it doesn't even have that much in it!!!
