Oh yeah. Yesterday was good. Cardio and Eats dead on.
Today has started out as well. I'm up, ate my breakfast and now waiting a bit to go downstairs to do UBWO. Today's Friday, so I'm off 1/2 day. This'll change as of the 1st of the year to Wednesday 1/2 days due to the changes in the clinic. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
Jen W, Annie, and Amy (Artmom) are coming tomorrow to hang out. We are gonna get together with Jennie and go out to dinner (BFL friendly, of course) maybe do some shopping prior to that and then after dinner, go karaoking! LOL Yeah buddy! I'm sure we are gonna have a great time!
OK, I'll post workout later. It will be similar to Monday.
