T MINUS 1...

Ok, it starts tomorrow. Pictures are posted on tracker. UGH! If you want to have a small bit of vomit in your mouth, go take a look! HAH! Navy site has my bf% at 25!!! I can't believe it! I mean, I can and I know its right, but dayum!!! It's all good because it will change!!!

I bought a freezer for the garage. It's just a small chest type one. My fridge freezer had everything falling out at me, so I went and got a nice one at Lowes for only $168. Now, I took everything out of my fridge freezer and put it in the deep freezer. I will have my prepared meals in the fridge freezer, so I will be very organized!! Yeah!

OK, so tomorrow is the big day. Food is basically all made, just have to put them in containers. Workout will be a BFL style UBWO tomorrow, most likely done in the garage. Then I'll add a little extra cardio if I still have time. I'm ready to do this!!!
