Eats have been 100% and HIIT done this morning. I struggled doing my run because I'm a bit out of shape, but I did it!!
Meals were the following:
1 scoop protein powder before HIIT
eggwhites, oatmeal, flaxseed oil
asparagus, fage greek yogurt (13g p 6 g carb, 55mg sodium)
chicken, green beans
myoplex lite shake
cod, green beans
4 L water consumed, 3 cups green tea.
On to tomorrow!
