Day 3: 100%

I still have dinner to eat and a protein shake later, but I'm still going. NO cheating! I did a BFL style lbwo this morning. Here's what I did:

Walking DB Lunges
12 x 24 x 15

Calf Raises
12 x 15
12 x 20
12 x 25
12 x 30
Toes pointed in calf raises
12 x 20

Abs-crunches
4 x 12
Lower Ab Crunches
3 x 12

Meals:

eggwhites, oatmeal, flax
1 scoop protein powder post workout
tuna, asparagus
chicken, green beans
myoplex lite
turkey, asparagus
1 scoop protein powder

4 L water drank, 2 cups green tea.
