OK, so Day 8 was 100% but yesterday I had a cheat around 2pm. I would normally just toss the rest of the day away, but instead, I got myself right back on track. Yeah! Today will be 100% again. I'm feeling it.
Now, workouts haven't really felt that impressive to me. So, I'm going to have to rethink things and starting hitting things much harder if I really want great change this 12 weeks. Must hit cardio harder and must hit the weights more aggressively. I just don't want to hurt my shoulder again. It's still not right, but I can't become complacent because of it.
Will report Day 10 after work today!
