I get knocked down, I get up again.....

"Fall down seven, stand up eight!"

OK, so you can see a theme here. I've REALLY slacked off the last few MONTHS! The shoulder, the abdominal pain, my mom being sick...etc etc etc. But, I'm starting to pull things back together. I had a long phone conversation with Jen W yesterday and really talked about my workout/eating issues.

I've had a lot of different issues stopping me from working out and eating right. I'm not saying they are valid issues. So, I'm trying to get passed them. How? I am going to start a new challenge. As of November 5, 2007 I will be doing a new 12 week challenge. I was going to start on the 12th, since that would put it nearly EXACTLY 12 weeks until my big 4-0 birthday, but then I thought to myself and said, 'why wait?' So, I'm starting on Monday. I have a new diet plan ready and will stick to it. I will be strong!

The issue of losing my workout partner during the 4 weeks I took off to help my shoulder recover, I *think* has been rectified. I called her today and wanted to know if we are going to start working out together again. I told her my problems and how things have fallen apart and that I could really use someone else to help me stay dependable! So, she's going on vacation from the 9th-19th and so it is planned that we will start back working out together on the 19th. YAY! Another problem solved.

I will take pictures, measurements, etc this weekend. I will schedule professional pics to be taken so that I don't back out. I will do this! I also plan on going to the Arnold Expo/BFL Gala in Feb/March so I have something like 119 days to get T-totally RIPPED. I will do it. I will I will and I will!!! Just watch me!

GO SUZ!!!

Gosh, - can't believe you are gonna be 4---0! You do look way younger, - I think Aussies age a bit more rapidly than other nations, - all this sun we get LOL!

ANYWAY I'll be checking up on you this challenge, - you GO GO GO!

Myself, - am doing a triathlon in 17 weeks, I've hovered around the same disgusting weight for a while now, (at least it hasn't increased for 7 weeks or so although it dangerously increased before that) but time for me to seriously get fit and shed it too!

GO YOU!
