Was doing quite well until I came home from work. I even went back to the gym this afternoon to do some back stuff and walked on the treadmill for an extra 10 minutes. Came home to make dinner and to prepare meals for the rest of the week. MMmmmmm, that salmon sure was good. So, I ate 3 pieces!!! Yep, 3 salmon fillets! Now, granted, they are small and technically 2 of them are 1 serving, but typically I only eat 1 at a time but I put that Emeril's Fish Rub on them and I just couldn't stop eating!!! I guess it could have been much worse, at least I didn't do carbo overload! Check out the totals (obviously the increase in protein due to salmon overdose!) I felt soooo sick afterwards that I thought I'd puke!
Anyway, everything else going well. I'm really proud of myself in the fact that I've NOT stepped on the scales for 3 days!! I've been so stinking bloated the last several days that I just decided not to do it for fear of some severe disappointments.
