Day 13

OK, so it went fine today. I got up and did my cardio. No record high point today, only 8.0 + 1 incline. But, I sweat like a pig so I guess it's all good. I did some ab stuff afterwards and then did 2 light sets of leg extensions and 2 sets of ab/adductor for inner thighs. Eating was okay. Carbs kind of snuck up on me but not sure how that happened. Oh well. Nothing exciting to report at the moment. I'll weigh in and remeasure tomorrow but don't think I will have much change. I'll probably weigh more tomorrow than last week but I am not going to worry about it. My mantra for today "Progress, not perfection!" I have to keep that in mind.
