OK, so can I get a shout out for 4 straight clean days in a row? Eating has been dead on. Workouts, pretty damned good. I did a different UBWO this morning, not sure if it really was enough, so may go back downstairs and do some other stuff. When I came home tonight, went for a 3.5mile walk outside with the neighbor. Wasn't as fast as I'd do it if I were by myself, but hey it burned some calories now didn't it? I'm feeling good. I still have some cravings, and almost ate a bite of a cookie today, but thought to myself "wtf are you doing?" I was in the process of walking to get some ice to make my shake. Now, why would I stop to eat a cookie? Just doesn't make sense?!?! So, I left it sitting there and just kept walking. YAY me!
Here are my totals through dinner, with still 1 meal left. I'll probably just have a protein shake or a coffeehouse RTD which would be about 110 more cals and 3g more of fat. That will put me perfectly in the numbers I wanted.
Total: 1528 cals
Fat: 28g
Carbs: 122g
Protein: 193g

YAAAYYYY! that's the bubblz we know!! wtg on resisting that cookie...it wouldn't have filled that craving anyway!!
