Day 14- Free Day

Even though I screwed up on Thursday, I was invited to dinner at some friends and thought I'd use this as an opportunity to get my eating back on schedule. I ate very well all day and for dinner had some spaghetti, a salad and some cucumbers.

Now, its time to kick some ass. My stats did not change this past week. I gained like 1 lb and my body fat % went up like 0.4%, but am still waiting on the dreaded TOM (sorry Casey) so I'm not worried about that. This week, I will own this challenge. I will NOT cheat. I WILL NOT STRAY! Only strict CLEAN eating, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I was talking to Lori today and I decided to add in some extra leg workouts throughout the week, especially on those weeks that usually only has 1 LBWO scheduled. Heres what I plan on doing:

On UBWO tomorrow, I will do my regularly scheduled workout, but will add 5 sets of squats and 5 sets of deadlifts. Then on Wednesday, I will do LBWO that entail Leg Extensions and Lunges, all BFL style. I'm hoping by adding in extra leg stuff, I will notice a bigger difference in the tone of my legs. I also will add in ab/adductor exercises for inner thighs.

My main problem is my eating. I think I'm really not eating enough for lunch so will change from eating a smaller portion of chicken and 1/2 cup brown rice to a regular whole boneless chicken breast and 3/4 cup of brown rice with my veggies. I hope that extra protein and a bit more rice will help me get through the 2pm cravings that I still have haunting me.

I will do this. 10 weeks to drop about 5-6%, that is extremely doable!!! This will come to pass, I promise you!

PS: And Jen (1leanmom) if you are reading this, I got your email---GAME ON!!!!!!!

I think you're right about your meals...I went thru the same thing at the end of my last challenge (not eating enough hurt my muscle growth). just remember, we can't spot reduce fat...it comes off gradually darnit!!!

GAME ON!! hehehe

I need to sit down tonight and make out a new workout. I hate going in not knowing what I will be doing.
