Day 15- Perfect

OK, so Monday was flawless. I ate what I planned to eat, I worked out and did what I planned to do. Everything went in check. I'm pleased with how I did, only I don't think I got my 4 L of water in like I normally do....I'll work on that today. Here are yesterday's totals:

Total: 1608 cals
Fat: 24g
Carbs: 146g
Protein: 202g

I'm not sure how the total proten was over 200g but I don't think that will really hurt me much since I'm trying to gain some muscle. What do you think??? I did eat more protein for lunch and more veggies and guess what??? No 2pm munchies!!

I think what might help me also is, I have a PA student rotating with me, as of yesterday, and it helps me stay more focused on things and not think about food. How does that make sense? Oh well, I'm not going to question it! I have her for a month and then I get 2 more (one each a month) so if that's all it takes, I'm golden to the end! LOL We'll see how it goes.

Workout yesterday was good. I did my UBWO, then between each body part I did a set 20 reps using 20 lb dumbbells of squats and then deadlifts. Man, I was sweating like a pig and man, did I stink!! haha But, it sure felt good. I'm not sore this morning at all though! *growl* See "My Workout Routine Page" to see exactly what I did, but it won't be posted until later today. I'll post more on the rest of Day 16 this evening....
