Day 22 - Most Excellent..could I be back on track????

OK, so I'm hoping things are back on track. I've been slacking a little a few days a week for some unknown reason. Not sure if it was some serious PMS or not, but today, I'm hitting it 100%! Diet was 100% to plan, no little nips or cheats. Workout was great this morning. Did a LBWO a bit different than BFL style, hopefully in order to lean this stompers out a bit. Then before I ate dinner I went on what turned out to be a fast 3 mile walk: 37minutes! That's almost as good as my run the other day. I was just walking fast PLUS texting Dana at the same time, so I think that's pretty darned good.

Food total is as follows:

Total: 1387
Fat: 18g
Carbs: 134g
Protein: 166g

All-in-all, a pretty darned good day! Oh, I just finished drinking my 4th L of water, so all thats in line also. I hope this is a sign of things to come. I was all about ready to give up and start over. Things feel like they may be looking up!! GO ME!
