Holy Smokies! My high point today was 9.7mph on the treadmill. And you know what?? It really wasnt that bad! I almost had to stop because while I was running I hit the wire from my mp3 player and it flung off behind me. My hand touched the railing to make sure I still had my footing, and I did, so I finished out the last 15 seconds. It was awesome!!!
The last few days have been great eating days. I'll post my totals here, then later will update todays totals.

I've really felt good about eating the last few days. I'm taking sugarfree jello and whenever I got that "Im really hungry" sensation at 2pm, I have been eating it. It's only 20 cals, 2 carbs and 2 proteins for 1/2 a box so I dont *think* its hurting anything. Much better than grabbing a chocolate bar, don't you think?
Anyway, more later.....
OK, so rest of the day went okay but not dead clean perfect. Overall, not terrible but the calories snuck up on me and I ate more carbs than I normally eat. But, I didn't eat the big huge chocolate cake in the back lounge, instead I ate...you guessed it....J-E-LL-O!
