Well, today went as planned. I got up this morning and did my 20min HIIT with a high point of 9.8mph BUT I could only do it for 30 seconds, then I had to slow it back the last 30secs to 9.5mph. Oh well. Then I did some ab stuff.
Eating was fine. I think I ate a bit more carbs than I was meaning to, not sure really how that happened but still, not terrible! Here are my totals:
Total: 1661
Fat: 31g (17%)
Carbs: 164g (37%)
Protein: 189g (46%)
On to the next day.....
